Jordan Ramis PC Elects Three New Shareholders

Lake Oswego, OR... Jordan Ramis PC, Attorneys at Law, named one of the Portland Business Journal's Most Admired Companies and Oregon Business Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For, is pleased to announce that attorneys Kathleen M. Bertero, Justin D. Gericke, and John J. Hickey have been elected shareholders of the firm.

Kathleen Bertero handles corporate and other business transactions, probate, estate planning, employment, and stock and asset purchase matters.

Bertero earned her B.A. from the University of Oregon and her J.D. from Loyola Law School.

John Hickey is one of Jordan Ramis PC's dual-professional attorneys. Hickey is a licensed civil engineer in Massachusetts and brings a wealth of practical engineering and construction to his legal practice. Hickey's practice focuses on construction law, design professional liability, and litigation.

Hickey earned his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Justin Gericke's practice at Jordan Ramis concentrates on natural resource and environmental law, including water rights, water quality, endangered species, and property law and litigation. Justin seeks to create sustainable solutions to his clients' legal and administrative problems with an emphasis on proactive conflict resolution.

Gericke earned his B.A. in Biology from Depauw University and both his Master of Science in Environmental Science and Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University. Gericke received his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he also earned a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources law.
