Before joining Jordan Ramis, Priscilla Gray served more than 20 years as a paralegal in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, collection, commercial litigation, and general matters. Priscilla is a past Chapter Representative for the SW Washington Chapter of the Oregon Paralegal Association and a member of the Oregon Paralegal Association.
Priscilla brings to the firm extensive experience in both federal and state courts in Oregon, Washington, and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. She assists the attorneys at Jordan Ramis in all aspects of creditors' rights, commercial litigation, collection, and general matters including drafting complaints, answers, defaults, pre and post judgment collection, writs of garnishment, accounting of garnishment payments received, judgments on answer, motions for summary judgment, motions to renew judgment, motions for relief from stay, objections to confirmation, preparing proof of claim and has daily contact with clients, opposing counsel, defendants, and the courts from the inception of the case. Priscilla also assists Russ Garrett, who serves as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee.
Priscilla's organizational skills and efficiency enable her to successfully manage the cases to which she is assigned. Priscilla's focus is to timely and efficiently manage a case from beginning to end.
