Ecology announced today that they have issued new NPDES permits. Phase I jurisdictions will be required to meet the standards of the modified permit by August 1, 2013. A more complete analysis of the requirements of this permit will be forthcoming in future posts.
Any appeal of this new permit must be filed within thirty days to the Pollution Control Hearings Board.
