Portland, OR… Jordan Ramis PC is pleased to announce that five of the firm's attorneys have been recognized on the2012 Super Lawyers' listing for Washington and Oregon. The publication lists outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. No more than 5 percent of lawyers are listed in either state.

Attorney Tim Ramis has been recognized as an Oregon Super Lawyer for his land use/zoning and government/cities/municipalities practice. This is the seventh consecutive year that Tim has appeared on the list. Attorney Chris Reive has been recognized as an Oregon Super Lawyer for his environmental practice. Chris is being listed for the third consecutive year. Attorney Leta Gorman has been recognized as an Oregon Super Lawyer for her product liability practice. This is Leta's second appearance on the list, having also been recognized in 2011.
Attorneys Peter Watts and Jamie Howsley have been recognized as Rising Stars. Peter, who has been recognized in Oregon for the third consecutive year, focuses on business, tax, and estate planning/probate law. Jamie, who was also recognized in 2011, primarily focuses his practice on land use/zoning, environmental, and government relations issues. To be eligible for inclusion as Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state are named to this list.
